Nowruz Reunion

Nowruz Reunion was a guerrilla outdoor event for Persian New Year to promote Iranian culture and at the same time raise awareness about dynamic and diverse society inside Iran.

The core idea was to make an eye contact between Iranian people and Americans in the midst of the high tension between the two governments.

To deliver the idea it was decided to hold an outdoor photo exhibition from Iranian Musician and play their music by each photo on a headphone stand. By this mean we wanted to emphasis on two facts: First, Art and culture defeats any ban or border and make people to to see and listen to each other. Second, Show a different perspective from Iran to the Americans. Achieving these goals we choose the title “eyedidani” which means “Reunion in Nowruz (Persian New Year)” to emphasis on the fact that these musicians came here (virtually) to reconcile with Americans and brought peace and art with themselves.

The event was consist of two campaigns. An online teasing campaign before the launch and a guerrilla campaign by the time of the event.

The teasing campaign was consisted three phases: launching the logo, adding the date, Revealing all the information.

The guerrilla campaign was consisted of 5 days of an outdoor photo exhibition in different locations at USC campus. The photo exhibition was accompanied with headphones which enabled the audience to listen to each musician in the photo exhibition by his/her photo stand. There was also a QR Spotify playlist was available on the show to make it easy for audience to listen to the music later. The event also consisted of big Persian New Year decorations and live traditional music performance of Iranian artist in diaspora.

The field survey showed 97% of non-Iranian attendees had no exposure to Iranian music before. 76% had no idea about Persian New Year. 44% loved to travel to Iran. 254 people registered to PACSA mailing list to be informed about the Persian events.

The goal for this rebranding campaign was to define a new look for the brand and elevate the brand image in a dynamic way to target high-end construction companies and contractors.

Superpanel New Year Campaign

Superpanel company needed a campaign to increase the sale just after the start of new year as most of the contractors postpone their decisions on choosing the material right after the start of the New Year.

The campaign was limited to press ads with 4 different artworks for each product. The design was based on the idea to emphasis on one significant value of proposition for each products as the data analysis showed the clients tend to buy each product separately rather than a whole system. Each artwork represent a season, Wall: Spring, System: Summer, Ceiling: Fall, Partition: Winter.

Sixth PACSA's Celebration Night

PACSA celebrates it’s foundation annually with a dinner and a live music performance. Each year about 100 people participated in this party with no remarkable souvenir from the event. This year the creative team decided to print tickets on high quality paper with the artworks of the famous Iranian artists who are celebrated or participated in PACSA’s event to raise awareness about PACSA’s activities in the past and also as a gift to keep.

Superpanel Advertising Campaign

This is a three-phased advertising campaign for Superpanel co. a new technology construction brand in Iran. The construction industry is the number one industry for middle-class investors in Iran so the company needed to be introduced to the public audience after 5 years of activity in the industry with B2B marketing. The main value proposition for this campaign was decided to be the product’s time-saving technology based on market research and data analysis from the investors in the industry. Mostly targeted the upper-middle-class saving investments who need fast turnover from their investments.

Phase 1: Branding and Brand Positioning:

In the first phase, the creative team decided to make a teaser campaign to raise attention. An image of chronometer with a building to bond the speed, time and construction. The slogan says “We Build With Time”. The campaign media consisted of Billboards, Press Ad and Web Ads.

As a complementary media to this phase creative team added a guerrilla outdoor marketing to this phase. Branded trucks loaded with the products parked by the street a mile away from each billboard.

Phase 2: Product Launch

In the second phase, the creative team kept the slogan on the same media but replace the image with a typographic artwork of the products with their names.

Complementary guerrilla marketing trucks became mobile in this phase in the neighborhoods with higher potential targeted audience rate.

In the same phase a time-lapse video of construction process of a building with Superpanel technology for an earthquake survivor in West North of Iran was made and became viral in social media.

Phase 3: Inviting the audience to visit Superpanel booth in The International Tehran Construction Technology Fair.
